Free shipping on every order, with no minimum. We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Where and how much

We deliver to addresses in the United States, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Shipping is free on every order, whatever its size, and there are no duties or import fees to pay on delivery.

We don't ship to other countries at the moment.

Delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the delivery country. Orders placed on a weekend are processed from Monday. These times are what we observe; the carrier can occasionally take longer during peak periods.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You receive the tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. It can take up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear.

Late, lost or misdelivered parcels

If the tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, email us with your order number: we contact the carrier for you.

If your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after dispatch, we ship a new one free of charge or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

If the tracking says delivered but you can't find the parcel, check with neighbors and your building's mailroom, then let us know within 7 days. We open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated.

Address changes

Check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away: we can update the address until the order is dispatched. After that, the parcel goes to the address you entered.
