The rules that apply when you order on hypnaven.com.

By placing an order, you accept these terms, together with our refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy.

Who we are

hypnaven.com is operated by Hypnaven, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Hypnaven, and "you" means the person placing the order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown at checkout, before you pay, with any discount applied. Shipping is free on every order.

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if a price was clearly displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we tell you and refund you in full within 5 business days.

We describe the products as accurately as we can. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the real item.

Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Shipping and returns

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Ireland, free of charge. You can return your strap within 60 days of delivery, even if you have worn it, for a refund of the price you paid. The details are in our shipping policy and refund policy.

If you live in the United Kingdom or Ireland, these 60 days come on top of your legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery, never instead of it.

Using the product

Our knee straps are support accessories for everyday activity and sport. They are not a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice or replaces a diagnosis or treatment from a health professional.

If your knee pain is sharp, comes with swelling, follows a fall or an injury, or doesn't improve, see a doctor or physical therapist before using the strap. Follow the fitting instructions, and stop using it if it causes numbness, tingling, skin irritation or increased pain.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for damage caused by using the product other than as intended. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state or country.

The text, photos and graphics on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reuse them commercially without our written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first: most issues are settled by email within a few days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.
