One size, adjustable. Fits legs, just below the knee. No size chart needed.

What it does

The contoured pad sits on the patellar tendon, 2 fingers below the kneecap. It adds steady pressure on that one point so the tendon takes less of the load when you run, jump, squat or take the stairs. The rest of the knee stays free.

  • Buckle: brushed [aluminium]
  • Fit: [30–45 cm], left or right leg

Why a strap

It doesn't squeeze your knee. It targets the sore spot.

Most knee pain from running and jumping starts in one place: the Patella tendon just below the kneecap. A sleeve or a brace squeezes the whole joint. This strap relieves pressure only off that tendon, and leaves the rest of your knee free to move.

  • Pressure distributed. The pad sits on the tendon, not the joint.
  • Stays put through every rep. The pad holds its place when you sprint, squat or land.
  • Breathable for all-day wear. A thin band instead of a sweaty tube of neoprene.
  • One size, both legs. Adjust it in one pull, no size chart.

How it works

On in 3 steps

Get yours now
  1. Find your kneecap

Sit down with your leg slightly bent. Feel for the bottom edge of the kneecap.

  2. Place it 2 fingers below

Put the pad on the soft tendon just under the kneecap, centred on your leg.

  3. Snug, not tight

Pull the strap through the buckle until it feels firm. You should still fit a finger under it.

Technology

Three parts. Each one has a job.

01

Contoured pressure pad

The pad follows the curve under the kneecap. Its raised centre presses on the tendon, and its edges grip the skin so it doesn't slide.

Why it mattersPressure in the right spot is what takes load off the tendon. A pad that moves loses that spot.

02

Breathable band

A thin, soft-touch strap that lets air through. No tube of neoprene trapping heat around the whole joint.

Why it mattersYou can keep it on for a long run, a match or a 10-hour shift without sweat, itch or red marks.

03

One-pull metal buckle

Thread the strap through the buckle, pull, close. You set the tension once, and it holds for the whole session.

Why it mattersSnug, not tight. Fine tension control means you get support without cutting off circulation.

Design

Small on purpose

A brace is big because it tries to hold the whole joint. The strap only needs to cover one spot, so it can be small: one contoured pad, one band, one buckle.

The wave shape cradles the bottom of the kneecap so the pad lands in the same place every time. It works on the left or right leg, over tights or under jeans.

FAQ

Questions before you buy

Not sure it fits your pain? Take the Knee Check. It takes 60 seconds.

How is this different from a knee brace?

A brace wraps the whole joint and squeezes everything. The strap puts focused pressure on one point, the patellar tendon just below the kneecap, and leaves the rest of the knee free.

Why would this work if a sleeve didn't?

A sleeve spreads light pressure over the whole knee, so no single spot gets much. If your pain sits just under the kneecap, the pressure has to land there. That's all the strap does.

It looks small. Does it really do anything?

Size isn't the point, placement is. The strap only needs to cover one spot, so it doesn't need to be bigger.

Will it fit my knee?

One adjustable size fits legs [30–45 cm] around, just below the knee, on the left or right leg. No size chart, no tape measure.

Will it slide when I run?

No. The contoured pad grips the skin and the buckle holds the tension, so it stays where you put it through sprints, squats and landings.

Can I wear it all day?

Yes. The band is thin and breathable. Loosen it a notch if you wear it for many hours, and take it off to sleep.

How do I know I'm wearing it right?

Find the bottom of your kneecap, place the pad 2 fingers below it, and tighten until it's snug, not tight. Every box includes a placement card with these 3 steps.

What if it doesn't help?

Ask for a full refund within [30] days. If the pain is sharp, comes with swelling or follows a fall, see a health professional first.
